Key Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for all IT systems and applications used by the company
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems, including servers, workstations, and network devices
• Monitor system performance and ensure all systems are running efficiently and securely

• Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery planning
