We are seeking a Data Analyst with a strong background / experience with data analysis, business requirement testing, and defect management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Tableau (Server / Desktop / Prep) for creating data visualizations and reports and will play a crucial role in ensuring that our data-related requirements are met and thoroughly tested.

Responsibilities :

• Analyze data to identify trends and actionable insights, using statistical methods and data models to support business decisions.
• Create clear visualizations and develop reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Excel to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define KPIs, understand data needs, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Clean and preprocess data, handling inconsistencies and outliers using tools like SQL and Excel to prepare it for analysis.
• Stay current with the latest tools and techniques in data analysis, refining processes for better decision-making.
• Manage defects, document, and track them through the lifecycle, and create user stories and test cases following Agile practices.
• Test dashboards, reports, and data sources to ensure business requirements are met, and collaborate with product owners to ensure accurate delivery.
• Conduct functional, regression, and product owner testing to validate requirements and identify data discrepancies for resolution.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews) and collaborate with teams to align testing with sprint goals.
• Create and manage Tableau visualizations, dashboards, and data sources to provide accurate reporting and insights.

Required :

Bachelor’s degree or five (5) or more years of relevant experience in data analysis, requirements gathering experience and / or testing experience
