Position Overview :

  • Role :  Full-Time Seasonal Sales Associate

  • Pay Structure :  Competitive hourly rate (DOE) + commission
  • Weekly Earnings :  $800 - $1,500 based on performance
  • Schedule :  Flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays to fit our peak retail season

Key Responsibilities :

  • Engage with customers  to provide exceptional service and guidance on product selections, enhancing their overall shopping experience.
  • Support store merchandising  by maintaining organized, appealing displays and restocking shelves to ensure the sales floor is welcoming and fully stocked.
  • Process transactions  accurately and efficiently at the checkout, creating a smooth and friendly experience for every shopper.
  • Stay up-to-date  with our product offerings, seasonal promotions, and holiday deals to assist customers in finding the best gifts.
  • Collaborate  with team members to drive store sales and meet daily, weekly, and seasonal goals.

    • Ideal Candidate :

  • Customer-oriented  with a friendly and approachable personality.
  • Retail or sales experience  preferred but not required; we’re excited to train enthusiastic candidates with a positive attitude.
  • Availability  for a full-time schedule during peak holiday times, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • A  team-oriented mindset  with the ability to thrive in a busy, high-energy retail setting.
