Location : Columbia, MO

Pay : $18.00-$21.65 per hour - depending on experience and education

Schedule Options :

Shift Option 1 : Wednesday – Saturday (Evening Shift, 3 : 00 PM – 11 : 00 PM)

Job Summary

Youth Advisors play a crucial role in cultivating a secure treatment environment and promoting positive youth development. They establish trustful connections with young individuals, offering guidance, imparting life skills, and safeguarding their welfare. These professionals provide essential support to aid youth in transitioning to adulthood, fostering independence within a group home environment.

Education :

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Preferred : Bachelor’s degree in human services field
