Soccer Shots is the soccer experience for children, using an acclaimed non-competitive curriculum and great coaches. Through the beautiful game, we aim to develop character, motor skills, and teamwork. Our team believes children are invaluable and our goal is simple: leave a lasting, positive impact on every child we serve.

We are seeking part-time instructors for our Soccer Shots team. Our weekend classes are held on Saturday and Sunday mornings from 8:30 am - 12:00 pm. Each class is between 30-45 minutes long. We provide all the necessary training, equipment, and curriculum materials. Competitive compensation rate. All applicants must have prior experience working with children in a professional setting. If applicants do not have prior experience being a soccer player and/or working with children aged 2-8 years old, they will undergo a longer training process of up to one full season (up to 10 weeks). Coaches in training will be compensated at the training rate, with the intention to begin solo coaching the following season launch, at which point compensation will be at full pay per session. Local candidates only, please (no work status or visa sponsorship available). In addition to the above, a successful candidate must complete a full FBI & DOJ clearance through Live Scan and provide a copy of their TB test.

Location: Currently, we are seeking coverage for sites in the Redlands area with expansion to soon include Fontana/Loma Linda/Highland/Yucaipa/Beaumont. Part-time schedule: Saturday/Sunday 8:30 am-12:00 pm.

Requirements: Responsible & Professional | communicate professionally, timely, clean appearance, self-assured, dependable. Experienced & Enthusiastic | proven experience engaging and leading young children. Fun & Creative | comfortable being goofy and imaginative with young children. Patient & Empathic | must be a patient person, willing to work through behavior and learning challenges. Soccer & Athletic Know-How | Soccer skills as a player or coach are preferred. Transportation & Cell Phone | must have reliable transportation (driving to different locations and storage for your equipment). Clear Background | must pass a Livescan (with a clear record) and health screening. Education | 12+ accredited ECE units in Early Childhood Development are preferred, but not necessary.
