A company is looking for a Logistics Coordinator - DTC & Parcel.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage day-to-day execution of parcel shipments for DTC and drop-ship orders
Monitor shipping KPIs, analyze trends, and identify improvement opportunities
Resolve fulfillment issues by collaborating with 3PL and other teams
Required Qualifications :
Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, operations, or e-commerce fulfillment
Familiarity with parcel shipping workflows and platforms like Shopify and Amazon Seller Central
Experience working with 3PLs, including issue resolution and inventory management
Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP and WMS systems
Passion for sustainability and contributing to the company's mission
