Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team in Chicago, IL. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. If you have a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and experience with FedEx Ship Manager, overhead cranes, and forklifts (specifically Hyster brand), we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Receive and process incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Utilize FedEx Ship Manager for shipping and tracking packages.
  • Operate overhead cranes and Hyster forklifts safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe workplace.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with shipping software.
  • Experience with FedEx Ship Manager is a plus.
  • Proficient in operating overhead cranes and forklifts, specifically Hyster brand.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
