Front end developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Front End Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building user-friendly responsive and visually appealing web interfaces. You will collaborate closely with designers back-end developers and product managers to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain responsive web applications using HTML CSS and JavaScript

Translate UI / UX designs into high-quality reusable code

Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability

Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness

Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate APIs and services

Conduct code reviews and follow best coding practices

Identify and resolve front-end performance and usability issues

Stay up to date with emerging front-end technologies and trends

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Web Development or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Proven experience as a Front End Developer or similar role

Strong proficiency in HTML5 CSS3 and JavaScript

Experience with modern front-end frameworks / libraries such as React Angular or

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git)

Understanding of responsive design and web accessibility standards

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with CSS preprocessors (SASS LESS)

Knowledge of RESTful APIs and JSON

Familiarity with testing frameworks and build tools

Basic understanding of SEO principles

Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
