As a UX Designer in this role, youll be responsible for bringing ideas to lifefrom user research and prototyping to polished, production-ready interfaces. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams, using data-driven insights and your creative flair to enhance the customer experience from discovery through checkout.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and optimize end-to-end eCommerce experiences across web, mobile, and other digital touch points.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design strategies.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs consistent with brand and accessibility standards.

• Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure accurate design implementation.

• Use data analytics, A/B testing, and user feedback to continuously improve UX outcomes.

• Simplify complex user journeys into elegant, frictionless experiences that drive conversion.

• Stay current on emerging UX trends, design tools, and eCommerce innovations.

• Challenge existing systems and propose creative solutions that enhance user engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional UX/UI design experience, with at least 3 years focused on eCommerce products.

• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work (web and mobile).

• Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools.

• Skilled in user research, usability testing, and iterative design.

• Excellent storytelling, presentation, and collaboration skills.

• Knowledge of responsive, mobile-first, and accessible design principles.

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS, SEO, and site performance optimization (a plus).

• Analytical thinker with a strong understanding of user behavior and data interpretation.

• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about improving digital user experiences.
