Key Responsibilities
Provide frontline support for products by diagnosing and troubleshooting issues
Assist users in navigating the platform and explain technical concepts clearly
Collaborate with internal teams to identify patterns and improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
At least one year of experience in the book industry
Familiarity with using the company's products and services
Experience supporting systems or tools that manage data and publishing metadata
Comfortable with basic database concepts and updating information as needed
Familiarity with the ONIX for Books standard is preferred
