Job Description

As a Kitchen and Bath Design Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers by supporting three core store priorities : Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Customers First : Deliver exceptional customer service by warmly welcoming customers, assessing their kitchen and / or bath project needs, and providing comprehensive showroom tours.
• Project Assistance : Schedule and conduct meetings to review room designs and make tailored purchasing recommendations.
• In Stock Initiatives : Monitor stock levels of samples and brochures, ensuring they are restocked in a timely manner.
• Store Appearance : Maintain special order displays and showroom presentations, creating an appealing and safe shopping environment.

By fulfilling these responsibilities, you will directly contribute to driving sales and achieving department and store goals.
