Lead concept-to-delivery design for campaigns, brochures, reports, signage, digital ads, social graphics, email, and web assets.
Advance, enforce, and evolve the University’s visual identity system including typography, color, grids, iconography, and photo treatment; maintain brand guidelines.
Build and maintain scalable templates and toolkits for campus partners; provide training and light governance support.
Collaborate closely with the Content Creator to unify motion and static design; provide art direction on key photo and video shoots as needed.
Prepare press‑ready print files and manage specifications, dielines, proofing, and vendor relationships, ensuring accurate color reproduction.
Ensure accessibility standards are met, including contrast, legibility, and proper handoff for alt text; ensure compliance with licensing and usage rights.
Traffic projects in partnership with the Marketing and Communications Coordinator, maintaining timelines across multiple priorities.
Coordinate freelance designers and illustrators when needed; conduct portfolio reviews and quality assurance checks.
Contribute to web and UI asset production in collaboration with the web team, ensuring consistency across digital experiences.
As part of the selection process, finalists will be asked to complete a brief creative assignment with a 48‑hour turnaround. This exercise is designed to assess timeliness, creative understanding, and the ability to work under pressure. Submitted work will be used solely for evaluation purposes and will not be reused by the University.
