This company repairs and services windows for commercial and military planes. In this role, you’ll be working in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment, helping to repair and overhaul cockpit windows- a crucial part of aircraft safety and operational readiness. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity offering full benefits, 401(k) with match and quarterly bonuses upon hire!

Entry Level Window Mechanic Duties :

Repair and overhaul cockpit windows using approved instructions and tools

Use hand tools, pneumatic tools, and specialized shop equipment safely

Read technical manuals, drawings, and maintenance documentation

Perform visual inspections and handle parts carefully to meet quality standards

Maintain accurate repair records and digital documentation

Schedule :

Day, Swing and Grave available

Monday through Friday

Pay :  $25 per hour

Entry Level Window Mechanic Requirements :

High School Diploma or GED

At least 1 year of manufacturing experience

Comfort with basic math

Basic computer skills and ability to learn MS Excel and ERP systems
