This position is for a dedicated Remote Support Associate, where you will help organize and maintain a tidy workspace, handle orders, shipments, and basic inventory checks, and follow schedules and complete assigned tasks on time. Additional duties include assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing items for delivery, coordinate with other departments when needed, manage simple records and enter information accurately, respond to questions by phone, email, or in-person, support returns and exchanges in a timely manner, as well as adhere to safety guidelines and company policies, learn company products and services to better assist others, work with supervisors to meet daily goals, provide friendly assistance to customers and team members. To succeed in this role, you should have a willingness to learn on the job, clear communication skills, reliability and punctuality, basic computer or device use, a positive, team-focused attitude, and the ability to follow simple instructions.
