Manage ticket changes, updates, new client onboarding and system conversion involvement. Report to the CIO. Strong FACS understanding and depth. Multi years of managing a similar size team. Client set up and interface acumen. Conversion experience. Healthcare a strong plus. Ability to manage growth in a remote setting. $140K - $160K base. $10K - $15K bonus potential. Full benefits & 401K offering. Upward mobility with a growing team.
