Sr. Director, Application Support Opportunity

Firm :

  • A 75-year-old Revenue Cycle & ARM firm with 10 U.S. sites and upwards of 1,000 employees. Strong culture in a growth environment.

Opportunity :

  • Oversee 10 FACS programmers plus a file processing team (with a manager to assist this group.) Day to day oversight of feeding the FACS and Artiva HCx ecosystem. Manage ticket changes, updates, new client onboarding and system conversion involvement. Report to the CIO.

    • Requirements :

  • Strong FACS understanding and depth.
  • Multi years of managing a similar size team.
  • Client set up and interface acumen.
  • Conversion experience. Healthcare a strong plus.
  • Ability to manage growth in a remote setting.

    • Compensation :

  • $140K - $160K base.
  • $10K - $15K bonus potential.
  • Full benefits & 401K offering.
  • Upward mobility with a growing team.
