We seek a visionary leader with a doctoral degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years of experience in complex educational assessment.

In this key position, you will oversee the Psychometrics and Reporting departments, ensuring that all operational psychometric processes are valid, reliable, and efficient. As a thought leader in the field, you will represent the company at professional organizations and champion best practices in psychometrics and reporting.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of strategic thinking, problem-solving, and managing large-scale assessment programs. Your advanced knowledge of assessment program elements, including operational psychometrics, test development, and production workflows, will be crucial. We are looking for someone with in-depth insights into industry issues and best practices and experience utilizing advanced psychometric models.

Core competencies include managing multiple projects, interpreting research findings, and establishing credibility within the organization. You will also lead efforts to develop research opportunities and strategic collaborations with external experts.
