[job_card.job_description]Nurture strong customer relationships and aim to increase client retention and product loyalty. Presents and explains insurance policy options based on client needs and personal goals. Continue to look for and recognize opportunities to cross-sell / account rounding. Utilize various computer systems for daily transactions, take premium payments, review, update, and make changes to policies, claim handling, and endorsements. Ensure consistent and prompt communication with clients to address their needs and concerns to ensure retention standards. Shop renewals based on client updates and plans and current market conditions. Candidate must have an active Pennsylvania Property and Casualty License with 1 year of previous insurance / customer service experience. Basic computer software knowledge . Experience using an Agency Management System (AMS) is preferred. Pay meticulous attention to detail and be able to handle multiple policies, contracts, and client data to minimize errors and ensure the highest level of accuracy. Assess incoming tasks, requests, and inquiries t o determine their level of urgency and importance, effectively managing time and resources to meet client needs. Act as a dedicated team player, fostering collaboration and supporting colleagues in delivering excellent service to clients.
