Job Description for LPN
- Extra $3.40 / hour Hero Pay on top of Hourly Pay
- 39 Bed Facility
- LPN will assess, evaluate, and provide direct care / related services for residents in accordance with their care plan
- Administer medications and complete treatments based on residents' needs
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing assistants
