The Position
- The Interim Director of Women's and Children's will be responsible for the oversight and day-to-day operations throughout both the Pediatric and PICU units.
- The Interim Director will oversee multiple units including Labor & Delivery, Mother / Baby, Women's Health, Pediatrics, PICU, and NICU and will be responsible for a wide range of patient care including respiratory illness, orthopedic surgeries including fractures and congenital repairs, cranial surgeries, diabetics, transfers, and more.
- This leader will collaborate closely with additional departments including physicians, nursing executives, social work, case management, pharmacy, and other ancillary departments.
- This leader will be responsible for fostering a positive work environment while emphasizing communication, collaboration, and strong engagement throughout the department.
- Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.
