Genesys Cloud Architect

A company is looking for a Genesys Cloud Architecture professional for a contract position.

Key Responsibilities

Resolve incident cases and monitor capacity, performance, and availability

Manage vendor relationships and coordinate communication during major outages

Participate in operational processes including change control and incident management

Required Qualifications

GCP certification is mandatory; ITIL Foundation is preferred

Experience in migrating contact centers to Genesys Cloud CX

Hands-on experience with Genesys Architect, IVRs, and multichannel self-service

Knowledge of Genesys API integration with third-party solutions and CRMs

Flexibility to work across different time zones and after-hours as needed
