Immediately Hiring Physicians at one of the largest multidisciplinary pain management and rehabilitation practices in Nevada with four modern locations across the Las Vegas area. This network provides comprehensive medical and surgical services designed to relieve pain, restore function, and improve quality of life.
The Practice Founder and Medical Director – an internationally recognized physician and surgeon – is expanding his medical team to support the organization’s continued growth and ensure a smooth leadership transition over the coming years.
Position Summary
Seeking highly motivated Physicians with anesthesia or pain-management training to join the surgical and interventional care team. The ideal candidate is eager to grow clinically, learn directly from the founder, and contribute to a high-volume, procedure-driven practice.
New or recently graduated physicians are encouraged to apply – the founder is committed to mentorship and hands-on training in minimally invasive pain and surgical procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic pain in a multidisciplinary setting.
- Perform or assist with surgical and interventional procedures, including anesthesia support for minimally invasive operations.
- Conduct comprehensive medical assessments, develop treatment plans, and ensure continuity of care.
- Collaborate with advanced practitioners, nurses, and medical assistants to optimize clinical efficiency.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold all regulatory and ethical standards.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development led by the Medical Director.
- Contribute to the long-term clinical and operational leadership as the Medical Director transitions into a supervisory role.
Qualifications
M.D. or D.O. from an accredited medical school.Completed training in Anesthesiology .Eligible for or holding a Nevada medical license and DEA registration.Board certification preferred; board-eligible candidates welcome.Prior exposure to anesthesia procedures, interventional pain, or minimally invasive surgical techniques is highly valued.Excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability, and desire for long-term growth within the practice.Compensation & Benefits
