A company is looking for a Client Services Manager to manage multi-channel advertising programs and ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic partner to clients and Account Executives, providing insights and recommendations for campaign success
Manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, including creative assets, targeting, and performance verification
Monitor campaign performance and collaborate with internal departments to align on campaign logistics and client expectations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience
Proven success in client services, account management, or project management within media, marketing, or advertising industries
Experience in consumer insights, data analysis, retail, or CPG industries is a strong plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Experience using Salesforce.com and SAP preferred
