Role Overview

The Junior Infrastructure Architect supports the design and documentation of network and hosting infrastructures within an aircraft manufacturing environment. Working in a team of senior architects, the role involves contributing to connection dossiers and hosting dossiers, while assisting multiple internal business units in deploying their applications across highly controlled and safety-critical environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and documentation of network architectures (LAN / WAN, routing, switching, firewalls) supporting manufacturing, engineering, and operational systems.
• Assist in preparing connection dossiers and hosting dossiers, ensuring they meet aerospace industry constraints such as traceability, compliance, and configuration control.
• Support internal business units (engineering, production, supply chain, quality, etc.) in deploying their applications on shared infrastructure.
• Help maintain infrastructure standards, network topology diagrams, and documentation aligned with industrial IT and cybersecurity requirements.
• Collaborate with operations, security, and application teams to ensure smooth integration and connectivity across production sites.
• Learn and apply best practices in network, hosting, and documentation processes within a regulated industrial context.
