As a Branch Operations Specialist, you’ll be the face of the branch—handling financial transactions, assisting members with inquiries, and ensuring every interaction is a positive experience.

Branch Operations Specialist (Contractor)

📍  Location :  West Osceola Parkway, Kissimmee, Florida, 34741

📅  Contract Duration :  6 Months

💰  Pay Rate :  $17-19 per hour

🏢  Work Arrangement :  On-site during branch operations

What You'll Do :

• Provide top-notch customer service to members in person.
• Perform teller-line transactions for savings, checking, loans, and credit cards.
• Detect and respond to potential fraud or account irregularities.
• Navigate multiple systems with ease while maintaining accuracy.
• Recommend additional products and services to meet member needs.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kissimmee, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00 / hr.
