AttorneyPosition Overview We are seeking a skilled Attorney specializing in Personal Injury and Litigation to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for representing clients in personal injury cases, providing expert legal advice, and ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients in litigation proceedings.
Key Responsibilities- Represent clients in personal injury cases throughout the litigation process.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to provide sound advice to clients.
- Draft and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs.
- Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance adjusters.
- Prepare and present cases in court, including examinations, cross-examinations, and closing arguments.
- Advise clients on their legal rights and options regarding personal injury claims.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of case developments and communications.
Qualifications- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury and litigation.
- Strong knowledge of legal procedures and regulations relevant to personal injury cases.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize effectively.
