Role Overview : Join our team as the Robotic Clinical Service Line Nurse Lead, a vital leadership position within the Perioperative Clinical Service. In collaboration with the Nurse Manager, you will play a crucial role in translating the Albany Med Health system's philosophy, objectives, policies, and procedures into actionable outcomes in the realm of perioperative nursing.

Your role encompasses acting as a unit-based leader and a key liaison with clinical staff, physicians, support staff, and others to ensure positive patient outcomes.

Responsibilities Include :

• Coordinating activities within the robotics specialty service.
• Overseeing equipment and supply needs.
• Demonstrating expertise in nursing functions related to robotics to guide and mentor team members.
• Acting as a crucial link between managers, specialty teams, anesthesia staff, and medical staff.
• Performing core duties as a Registered Nurse.
