We're looking for a detail-oriented and fast-paced Scheduler who thrives on staying organized and solving problems and who can juggle phone calls, texts, emails, and scheduling software without missing a beat.

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate daily and weekly caregiver schedules
• Match caregivers with clients based on availability, skills, and personality fit
• Respond quickly to last-minute changes and open shifts
• Communicate with caregivers, clients, and families across multiple platforms
• Keep our systems updated and accurate in real time (ClearCare/WellSky, email, text, CRM, etc.)
• Collaborate with office staff to ensure seamless care delivery

What We're Looking For:

• 12 years of scheduling, staffing, or administrative experience (home care a plus!)
• Strong multitasking skills you're comfortable managing multiple software platforms at once
• Great communication professional, clear, and empathetic
• Organized, responsive, and calm under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, scheduling systems, and digital tools
