Corporate Counsel

A commercial real estate investment firm in Baltimore, Maryland, has engaged Kinney Recruiting on an exclusive search for an In-House Corporate Counsel. Our client is involved in all aspects of real estate investments, including development, construction, and acquisitions. The ideal candidate should be at least two (2) years of corporate and/or transactional real estate law experience in a law firm or in-house setting. This corporate counsel will support the company's Vice President and Legal and Managing Partners and be involved in all aspects of the business. This is an excellent opportunity to work for an exciting and growing company that has achieved a notable record of success. A JD from an ABA-accredited law school is required as is admission to any State bar in good standing (Maryland bar is preferred). Note that the company has adopted a hybrid-work schedule; the ability to regularly commute to the company headquarters in Baltimore is required.
