• The Role :

We’re seeking a litigation associate (1-3 years) to join our New Jersey office. The attorney will work closely with partners on active litigation matters and gain courtroom exposure early. This is a strong opportunity for attorneys looking to transition from government service or general litigation into insurance defense.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Manage or support litigation matters from case intake through resolution;
• Draft pleadings, discovery, and dispositive motions;
• Conduct or assist with depositions and hearings;
• Communicate with clients, claims professionals, and opposing counsel;
• Contribute to trial preparation and strategy.
• Qualifications :
• J.D. from an accredited law school;
• Licensed and in good standing in New Jersey;
• 1-3 years of civil litigation experience (insurance defense preferred);
• Strong writing, advocacy, and case management skills;
• Courtroom or trial experience is a plus (former prosecutors / PDs encouraged).

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
