Property Support Coordinator

As a Property Accounting Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing lease information and ensuring accurate data management. You will be responsible for abstracting lease details, conducting research on lease renewals, and uploading data into the Manhattan database. Your expertise in Microsoft Excel will be essential as you organize data and utilize pivot tables and V-lookups to monitor the status of leases.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls from store locations regarding lease and real estate questions.
• Extract data from leasing agreements and manage it effectively.
• Conduct research on lease renewals to ensure timely updates.
• Upload and manage data within the Manhattan database.
• Utilize Excel for data organization, including the use of pivot tables and V-lookups.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
