What You’ll Be Doing : Design and manage civil engineering projects from concept to completion. Prepare plans for grading, utilities, street, and stormwater systems using Civil 3D. Conduct site investigations and review reports, maps, and data. Perform feasibility studies and ensure designs meet all regulations and specifications. Oversee project budgets, timelines, and risk assessments. Mentor junior team members and collaborate with contractors, surveyors, and project managers. What You’ll Bring : 3+ years of civil engineering experience, with a focus on land development. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D. Knowledge of site layout, grading, drainage, utility design, and erosion control. Strong communication and leadership skills.
