Description
Patient Placement Center Specialist supports care for Providence St Joseph Health (PSJH) patients by coordinating the patient intake process. He/she will be involved in taking and triaging calls, and facilitating inbound and outbound transfers for/from PSJH facilities. The employee will be responsible for assisting team to problem solve complex critical cases and situations.

Required Qualifications:
Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience require.
1-3 years of healthcare related experience.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
