[job_card.job_description]Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care of medical-surgical patients. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Educate patients and families regarding medications, procedures, and treatment plans. Monitor, document, and report changes in patient condition or response to care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including test results and nursing assessments. Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure continuity of care. Licensure : Active Florida RN license or Compact RN license (must obtain Florida license within 90 days of hire). Education : Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) required; BSN preferred . Experience : Previous acute care experience required (recent LTAC experience not accepted). Certifications : Skills : Strong critical thinking, service excellence, communication, and computer proficiency. Note : Onsite interviews are required for this position. Pay Range : $30.00 $42.00 per hour Sign-On Bonus : Up to $25,000 Relocation Assistance : Available on a case-by-case basis #zr

Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical-Surgical team in Hudson, Florida . This full-time role offers both day and night shifts with rotating weekends . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acute care, excellent clinical judgment, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient-centered care.
