We are looking for a Customer Service Rock Star to join our team as a Compliance & Document Reviewer.

Role Overview

This role focuses on reviewing and verifying e-documents to maintain high-quality records and compliance standards. The Compliance & Document Reviewer will support operations by ensuring all documentation - client and candidate - is accurate, organized, and up-to-date.

Position Details :

  • Work in a team, side-by-side with your colleagues, sharing information and helping each other to ensure new hires are getting placed on time
  • Stay incredibly organized
  • Work fast and be accountable
  • Review client and candidate documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Verify information against internal requirements and compliance standards
  • Organize and maintain document records in the system
  • Report discrepancies or missing information to the team
  • Support operations and recruiting teams by ensuring documentation quality

  • You have to document, track, and monitor candidates incredibly closely
