Data Entry Clerk

Robert Half is currently hiring a Data Entry Clerk in the Fresno area. This role is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information within company databases and systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to manage confidential information with integrity. This is a contract role.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update data into internal systems with high accuracy
• Review source documents for completeness and correct errors
• Verify data by comparing it to source documentation
• Maintain organized digital and physical records
• Generate basic reports as requested
• Communicate with internal departments to clarify information
• Follow company policies regarding data security and confidentiality
• Meet daily/weekly productivity benchmarks
