How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Lead operations for our PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) program, ensuring high-quality, coordinated, and cost-effective care that supports seniors living safely in the community

• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and strategies that strengthen all-inclusive care delivery and meet regulatory and contractual requirements

• Oversee team performance, foster a culture of collaboration and accountability, and promote high employee and participant satisfaction

• Drive continuous improvement through quality oversight, operational assessments, and community partnership and growth initiatives

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Practical/Vocational Nurse preferred.
• Registered Nurse preferred.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience
  required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
