Experience as a freight dispatcher , load planner, or carrier sales rep Strong communication and multitasking skills Comfortable with phones, negotiation, and problem-solving A desire to transition into sales Knowledge of truckload freight (reefer, flatbed, van, etc.) Base pay during training Commission plan when you transition to sales Stable business with strong carrier relationships Supportive environment (not cutthroat) Growth opportunities — you can build a long-term logistics career here Monday–Friday schedule (no overnights or weekends)

If you’re a skilled freight dispatcher who enjoys building carrier relationships, solving problems, and keeping freight moving — you might be exactly who we’re looking for.
We are a growing freight brokerage in Central Point, OR , known for our commitment to our customers, strong carrier partnerships, and a supportive team culture. We’re expanding and seeking a Dispatcher / Logistics Coordinator who wants to transition into a Sales / Account Manager role.

What You’ll Do
First 3–6 Months :
- Handle dispatching and carrier coordination
- Track shipments, schedule pickups / deliveries
- Assist with quoting and lane research
- Learn our systems, customers, and carriers
- Receive structured sales training
