A company is looking for a Chief Operating Officer (Internal Only) to lead and optimize operational infrastructure for large-scale assessment programs.

Key Responsibilities

Provide executive leadership for operational divisions supporting large-scale assessment services

Translate company strategy into scalable operational plans and implement processes to ensure efficiency and compliance

Ensure successful execution of large-scale assessment programs, including operational planning and readiness for program launches

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Educational Measurement, or a related field

10+ years of leadership experience in operations management or assessment program management

Experience in large-scale educational assessment, testing services, or education technology

Familiarity with scoring operations and assessment development

Strong experience with process improvement and operational planning
