Center Clinical Medical Director Primary Care Outpatient Columbus, OH

COMPENSATION : $280-$300k base + Bonus and Partnership

We are a physician-led and mission-driven, primary care organization, is currently one of the most successful full- provider, transforming care of the neediest population. In order to achieve our vision and deliver our mission, we need the best primary care providers and clinical leaders that are seeking to fulfill purpose and personal opportunity and join the team. Transportation is provided to patients that need it at no charge.

Role :

  • Salary : Base $280,000-$300,000
  • Hours : Monday Friday work schedule; Clinic Hours 7 : 30a 5 : 00p (last patient is scheduled at 4 : 15)
  • Work / Life Balance
  • Small Patient Panel 225 patients max
  • Manage PCPs and NPs
  • Patient Population : Seniors with 3-5 chronic diseases

    • Requirements :

  • Board Certified / Board Eligible in : FM, IM or Geriatric Medicine
  • Education : MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty.
  • Experience : At least 1 year of clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting. Leadership experience preferred
  • Skills : Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally.
