The leader of the team has been with the community over 15 years. As an RN Administrator, she brings her skill and passion to be an advocate for both residents and her staff to ensure a caring and rewarding environment. Duties Include:
Must be certified and listed on the Alabama Nurse Aid Registry. Provide assigned residents with routine daily nursing care; report all accidents and incidents to immediate supervisor; report all changes in residents’ condition to charge/staff nurse as soon as possible; Inventory resident personal possessions; assist in resident transport; follow work assignments and schedules; perform daily documentation requirements.
