Program Manager Senior Technology (Not open for C2C)

10-Month Contract (W2 Only)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager Technology to support a major financial services client. This role drives large-scale, cross-functional technology initiatives within a complex enterprise environment. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with strong delivery discipline, deep payments domain knowledge, and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-stakeholder, global platform initiatives.
  • Partner with engineering, product, operations, and compliance to align on program goals and execution.
  • Drive programme governance, risk management, and executive reporting.
  • Translate technical concepts into clear business outcomes for senior leadership.
  • Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and regulatory requirements.
  • Champion change adoption across global teams and ensure seamless communication.

Must-Have Qualifications (Top 5)

1. Proven Leadership in Complex, Multi-Stakeholder Environments

  • Experience leading large-scale, global platform initiatives.
  • Strong ability to influence engineering, product, compliance, and executive / C-suite stakeholders.

    • 2. Strategic Delivery & ROI Accountability

  • Demonstrated success delivering high-value programs with measurable ROI.
  • Expertise in business cases, cost-benefit analysis, and financial target accountability.

    • 3. Payments Expertise

  • Strong understanding of payments ecosystems, settlement, merchant acquiring, tokenization, and compliance.
  • Experience with modern technology stacks (APIs, cloud migration, microservices).

    • 4. Governance, Risk & Compliance Excellence

  • Deep knowledge of program governance frameworks (e.g., Agile).
  • Strong vendor / third-party risk and regulatory management experience.

    • 5. Change Leadership & Communication

  • Exceptional change management and global adoption leadership.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to craft executive-level program updates.

    • Work Schedule

  • MondayFriday, 8 / 9 AM 5 PM EST
  • Hybrid model : 12 days onsite in Cincinnati
