2+ years of consultative, in-home sales experience (HVAC sales a huge plus!)

A goal-crushing mindset and proven closing success

Exceptional communication and customer service skills

Tech-savvy with strong computer skills and a comfort with digital tools

A valid driver’s license and a professional, polished appearance

5+ years of HVAC or retail sales experience

Understanding the psychology of sales (know how to turn a “maybe” into a “YES!”)

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage your own schedule
