As a Private Client Broker Placement Specialist, you’ll work closely with private clients to find tailored insurance solutions. This role offers the chance to collaborate with a variety of insurance carriers, helping clients protect what matters most. How you'll make an impact Build relationships internally and externally to facilitate writing Private Client personal lines insurance submissions. Provide efficient, timely, and accurate work output, supporting a true Private Client experience for our clients. Initiate, execute and support prioritization, assessment, evaluation, quoting and policy issuance for risks in Personal Lines markets. Support team members with unique expertise in carrier underwriting rules, requirements, and systems use. Main Accountabilities: Build relationships internally and externally to facilitate writing Private Client personal lines insurance submissions. Provide efficient, timely, and accurate work output, supporting a true Private Client experience for our clients. About You Required: Bachelor's degree and 4 years related experience required. Insurance licensing required. Preferred: Professional designation preferred, such as CPCU, CIC or ARM. Behaviors: Experience working with insurance carriers and understanding private client needs. The ability to analyze risks and recommend solutions. Strong communication skills to explain complex issues in simple terms. A collaborative mindset to work with teams and achieve shared goals. A service-oriented approach, always putting the client first. Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
