Full time DVM : Veterinarian - Excellent Opportunity + Sign-On Bonus

A well-established partner animal hospital in Jensen Beach, Florida is seeking a Full-Time Associate Veterinarian to join its collaborative, multi-doctor team. This full-service companion animal practice combines advanced diagnostics and a supportive culture, creating the ideal environment for personal and professional growth. Key Responsibilities :

  • Deliver Comprehensive Care : Perform exams, diagnostics, surgery, and treatment for a variety of companion animals.
  • Client Education & Support : Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients about treatment plans and wellness care.
  • Team Collaboration : Partner with veterinarians, technicians, and support staff to uphold best practices and continuity of care.
  • Mentorship & Training : Support and mentor team members using the LevelUp clinical development program .
  • Diverse Caseload : See a mix of general practice, wellness, and surgical cases during clinic hours.

    • Qualifications :

  • DVM / VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited veterinary college (or completion of ECFVG / PAVE ).
  • Valid Florida veterinary license (or ability to obtain).
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Passion for building long-term client relationships and providing outstanding care.
  • Open to all levels of experience, including recent graduates.

    • Compensation & Benefits :

  • Sign-On Bonus available for qualified candidates.
  • Flexible Compensation : Salary or ProSal with no negative accrual .
