We are seeking an Entry Level Events Assistant to join our team and support the planning and execution of various events. This role offers a unique opportunity for recent graduates or anyone looking to enter the events industry

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of various events.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services and materials.
  • Help maintain event budgets and timelines to ensure successful execution.
  • Support marketing efforts by creating promotional materials and managing social media presence for events.
  • Act as a point of contact during events, providing exceptional customer service to guests.
  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring all details are managed efficiently.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Creative and proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of event planning software and tools is a plus.
