Client Relationship Manager

A company is looking for a Client Relationship Manager, Radiology.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison with assigned clients to optimize Revenue Cycle Management results

Review and analyze RCM metrics, conduct client meetings, and provide reimbursement analysis

Educate clients on industry trends and communicate ongoing client satisfaction and feedback

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Accounting; graduate degree preferred

Minimum 3 years of experience in a medical billing client service role

Basic knowledge of CPT and ICD coding, MIPS, and industry trends

Expertise in Microsoft Office suite of products

Ability to facilitate meetings with groups of physicians and practice stakeholders
