LPN/RN

We are in search of per-diem and full time Nurses

The RN/LPN supplements the Nursing Care needs of terminally ill residents, providing emotional and social support to residents on Hospice. Works in collaboration with Hospice providers and the Fairfield County House team. Implementing and assessing the Hospice plan of care to optimize pain and symptom control at end of life.

RN/LPN supervises and supports CNA's in their care duties. Reports to RN Clinical Supervisor

Competencies and Work Experience Requirements

* 1-3 years of relevant clinical experience.

* Superior empathic communication skills.

* Ability to work independently and as a team member

* Strong organizational and time management skills
