3-5 years of experience as a People Business Partner with a proven track record
Strong business and operational acumen connecting people decisions to performance
Experience in building manager capability and supporting teams through change
Confidence in navigating complex performance situations with empathy and judgment
Ability to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with a continuous improvement mindset
