Join Our Team as a Home Health Physical Therapist!

Status : Part time

Compensation : Earn up to $125,000 a year

As a Home Health PT, you will assist patients in regaining strength, alleviating pain, and achieving their individual goals through tailored therapy sessions conducted in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments at designated intervals.
  • Evaluate changes in patient status since their last visit or treatment session.
  • Adjust planned services based on patient progress and needs.
  • Document the treatments and skilled interventions you provide.
  • Engage with patients and their families to foster understanding and encourage progress towards treatment goals.

    • Essential Qualifications :

  • Active and current licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist in Arizona.
  • A minimum of one (1) year of Physical Therapy experience.
  • Prior experience in a home care setting is preferred.
  • A valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card.
  • CPR Certification (demonstration course required).
  • No Covid Vaccination Required.
