Bilingual Medical Secretary

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and route incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments
• Greet patients and assist with check-in / check-out procedures
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations
• Maintain accurate patient records in the electronic medical system
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure timely patient flow
• Handle patient inquiries and resolve issues with empathy and efficiency
